I've been seeing Rowena for years now.
Rowena had been at the Mind Body Spirit expo I'd just attended, and we were both surprised our paths didn't cross there.
I found Rowena's website as I was looking for someone local to help me overcome some beliefs that had come about after having food allergies and being unwell for a few years. I'd had enough of coping and not enjoying life, it was time for a change. I called Rowena for an appointment, and it was (and still is) the best decision I have made for my health and wellbeing.
Rowena is absolutely lovely, incredibly easy to talk with and seems to get where I'm coming from. I loved her from the minute I met her.
We started doing Kinergetics and RAW healing. Rowena then introduced me to Shell Essences; we do a lot of Heal Your Life Coaching and even Boxing sessions to vent any feelings (she is great on the other side of boxing gloves).
I have regular sessions with Rowena and this helps me to work through feelings as they arise, rather than stewing over them for too long and my body causing dis-ease to try and get my attention.
I love the fact I sometimes don't know which type of session we are having until I turn up, however Rowena intuitively knows which session I need, and she is spot on!
